We hope you are delighted with your Tarrazi order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer exchanges or returns, provided they meet our return standards (see below).

Exchanges: Exchanges are available within 14 working days, subject to stock availability. Please note that all return and exchange shipping fees must be covered by the customer, including UK orders.

Returns: Items may be returned within 14 working days of delivery. Partial returns from multi-item orders are accepted.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the process to complete, depending on your bank.

Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and security ribbons in place, and must be unworn, fresh, and free from any damage, alterations, stains, or marks.

To arrange an exchange or return, please email information@tarrazi.com with your order number and a photo showing the security ribbons still attached. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
